Product Guarantee

The CEC guarantees all products are free of manufacturer's defects and fit for reasonable use under normal conditions

All sales are final unless goods are found to be faulty due to manufacturer's defect

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, please email The CEC with details of your claim within 7 days of receipt of your transaction quoting to your order #

Please allow up to 4 weeks to process your claim

The CEC may:

1. replace the defective item at no charge
2. where a replacement is unavailable, The CEC will exchange the item with a suitable alternative
3. offer store credit equivalent to the original purchase price

In the case of no manufacturer's defect where a customer wishes to return the item, please note the following conditions:

1. Items must be returned in complete, clean and unused condition in original packaging
2. The CEC will email a Customer Product Return Form and Return Number - items returned without the completed form will void the warranty policy
3. Return the item to the address provided
4. The CEC will offer a store credit equivalent to the original purchase price less a 20% restocking fee
