Shipping times:
We ship all goods by the next business day after you complete your transaction

Delivery times can take up to 7 business days depending on the remoteness of your location

Shipping method:
We ship all goods via UPS Ground which includes tracking, delivery confirmation and insurance

Shipping rate and shipping destinations:
Our standard shipping rates cover all contiguous 48 states and excludes Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, US territories and foreign military bases

Bulk Sales:
For bulk sales of 10 units or more per single order, we can arrange alternative shipping rates

Customs import duties:

If you live outside the country where the item is located, there may be import duties and brokerage fees associated with bringing the item to you which you are responsible for.

Please note that we do not have anything to do with these charges and we do not have any control over whether they are charged or how much is involved - these rates are set by the Customs office of your government (customs charges and import duties) and by the courier (brokerage fees).

Brokerage fees are set by the courier and import duties are set by Customs based on the final sale price of the item - unfortunately we have no way of calculating these rates
